Metal Additive Manufacturing

Metal Additive Manufacturing

Metal additive manufacturing technology we use, DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering), also known by its other name LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion), is a manufacturing technology in which powdered raw material is melted by a heat source (laser) and deposited in layers to build a part.

With our GE Additive (Concept Laser) M2 Series 5 and EOS M290 machines, we produce your products using the following materials:

  • 316L stainless steel
  • AlSi10Mg Aluminum alloy
  • CuCp Copper
  • Maraging steel (MS1)

We produce parts with complex geometries, high precision, and specific performance requirements.

Polymer Additive Manufacturing

Polymer Additive Manufacturing

Using polymer additive manufacturing technologies MJF (Multi Jet Fusion), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLA (Stereolithography), and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) we are able to produce parts with complex geometries, structures with channels and voids, and customized products in a short time and at low cost.

With our machines HP 5210, EOS P110, EOS P770, Formlabs 3B+, and Zortrax M300 Plus, we maximize the balance of quality, speed and cost by using materials such as:

  • PA12
  • PA2200
  • PA3200 GF
  • Şeffaf resin
  • Flexible 80A resin
  • ABS

Design, 3D Scanning, and Reverse Engineering

Design, 3D Scanning, and Reverse Engineering

As the Norm Additive engineering unit, we use Autodesk Fusion software in product development processes to perform optimizations using Generative Design and lattice structure creation technologies that maximize lightness, aesthetics, and functionality. That way, we both save material and reduce weight, while also converting complex designs into models quickly.

Through parametric modeling we can quickly achieve part consolidations, adjust clearance tolerances for components that will be assembled after production, or offset and thicken those features and surfaces that will be machined with secondary operations.
